SHIFTSUITE: BUSINESS OVERVIEW

Shiftsuite was created in 2014 as a result of corporate restructuring and exit strategy planning. All condo software previously built under the D-Tech umbrella were rolled into Shiftsuite. Shiftsuite is a revolutionary concept that provides condominium property managerment companies with a single platform to perform and manage the various aspects of condo management. I created the concept of an ecosystem that allowed the business to grow with sales of any or all of the six products we integrated, each based on the opportunities I recognized while working with property managers. Today, Shiftsuite is a market leader in Canada.

In late 2018, I sold Shiftsuite to a private equity company specializing in real Estate technology. Shiftsuite continues to operate today with 10 employees and generates millions of dollars and accounts for up to 50% of the entire Ontario condo market.

The acquisition was a success for everyone. The extra hard work I put into developing long term clients and staff, and building bulletproof accounting records and solid processes made the sale quick and provided extra value to the purchaser. Shiftsuite continues to grow year-over-year while increasing market share in Ontario and across Canada.
