Nexus was my first condominium software. Build back in 2002, it was a first of its kind in the market, serving as a web portal for condominium owners to access information, collaborate, and work with a property management company.

Nexus eventually evolved into Shiftsuite Community Websites and is a key piece of the Shiftsuite ecosystem. Today, there are almost 2000 individual condo community websites.

First-to-market, Nexus was a trailblazing product. Fast forward 18 years, and there are dozens of competitors competing for the space we created.
