The concept of Online Proxy and Vendor Vetting were quite alluring for would-be investors and acquiring parties.

Today, Online Proxy is the fastest growing Shiftsuite product with many happy clients, successful AGM’s, and making a big dent in competitors’ previous marketshare dominance.

Online Proxy requires government specified forms to be completed to be legal and valid. We were able to successfully use the government-prescribed forms and make the results of AGMs significantly better, with quorum being reached for the first time in condos that were never able to achieve it.
